ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

• Why can't I see a preview of my personalized book online before I finalize my order?

  There is manual labor involved in the creation of our personalized books. You can preview samples of our personalized books by clicking on the "Book Tour" icon.

• If the child's skin and hair color is different from the model on your book, will it still be appropriate for the child?

  The book is designed in a way where the color of the hair and skin of the child is not noticeable. Thus, enabling the child to use his/her imagination to feel part of the story.

• What if the child's name has more letters than the maximum number of letters allowed in the order form?

  There is a maximum number of 15 letters allowed for the nickname or preferred name of the child. If the child's name is longer than the allowable number of letters, please contact our Customer Service directly (+63 (2) 463-3742 or customerservice@lookitsaboutme.com) so we may assist you promptly.

• Can I give this book to an adopted child?

  Yes, we make sure the book will be appropriate for all children. We can emphasize the day the child arrived instead of his/her birth date. You can decide whether to give us the birth date of the child or the date in which the child joined the family.

• For the book entitled "My Super Duper Birthday Party", is the birth date or "celebrating which birthday" of the child required?

  The birth date or "celebrating which birthday" of the child is not a requirement. Although the uniqueness of the personalized book will be enhanced if you can provide us with these information. Otherwise, any mention of the child's birth date or "celebrating which birthday" will be eliminated.

  If you would like the book to include the birthday that the child is celebrating, the information must be provided in the corresponding box. Otherwise, we will eliminate any reference to the birth date of the child in the book.

ABOUT THE ORDER

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  The order will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive at your door for deliveries in the Philippines, and 10-15 for Worldwide Deliveries.
  You also have the option to pick up your order at our office address. In this case, your order will be ready for pick up in approximately 6 working days

• What is your return policy?

  During the order process, please review all the information provided before finalizing your order. Due to the personalized nature of our books, once the order is processed, all sales are final. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please contact our Customer Service (+63 (2) 463-3742 or customerservice@lookitsaboutme.com) if you have a question about a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes we ship internationally. Please refer to our Shipping Information Page for additional details.

• How can I use my gift voucher?

  Each voucher is provided by email with a specific code to be used upon completion of the order process. Because it is a gift voucher, we will not charge you for the order.

• Can I ship the products to different addresses within one order?

  No, you will have to do one transaction for each shipping address.

• What happens if I get stuck and don’t know how to continue?

  Don’t worry, we can help you! You just need to send us an email at customerservice@lookitsaboutme.com and we will take care of the problem for you.

• What forms of payment can I use?

  We currently offer two payment options. We offer payment through Credit Card using Paypal's on line facility or through Bank Deposit.

• When will my credit card be charged for the order?

  We will be charging your credit card upon receiving the order. It is possible that you may see the charge on your credit card before you receive the order.

• Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?

  Yes, you can choose to deposit the amount directly into our account or use Paypal as the payment gateway. We are never going to see or store your credit card information.
